Reminders, a Correction, and a Request
I ran into a snag when I tried to e-mail this message to the whole class, but I'm posting it here in the hopes that most of you will see it.
This message reminds you where to look for upcoming homework assignments, announces a small change in my office hours, and requests help for a student who needs a note-taker.

The Correction
My Wednesday office hour is 2-3. (The syllabus I handed out had 3-4, but that was a mistake.)
The Request
According to a note I received from Disability Services, a student in our class is legally entitled to the assistance of a classroom note-taker. The note-taker would deliver a copy of the day's classroom notes to a central office, which will then distribute the notes to the student. If you are a good note-taker, and you would be interested in helping out a fellow student, please give me your name and I will pass it along to Disability Services.
