[Harvard] English Dept. Approves Overhaul of Undergraduate Requirements

Harvard redesigns its English major, removing required entry-level surveys and sophomore seminars. In their place, courses in the four new categories–“Arrivals,” “Poets,” “Diffusions,” and “Shakespeares”–would interweave literary history with textual analysis.
