Man or woman? I see both in that face...probably female.
Well, the name is Dominique, not Dominic. The mouth is definitely female, though the fact that the eyes don't seem to have any make-up sort of neutralizes the upper part of the face. When you interact with the face, some of the postures struck me as definitely feminine -- winking, kissing, etc.
