  1. Absolutely! Take away the fancy shoes, the socks, the $2,000 pinstriped suit, the silk tie, the starched white shirt – all the symbols of prestige – and drop them all in the hospital hamper. And dress those doctors up in hospital PJs! Now they will be clean!

  2. Neckties? I’m more concerned about shoes. Talk about germs! So lose the Italian loafers and the mirror-shined wingtips, doc – get barefoot and keep us all healthier
