One of my students is demonstrating the perceived value of brand-name vs no-name products. The Oreos are gone. She can't give away all the off- brand.

    Many house brands are the same as the brand. Unfortunately generic Oreos are not the same as “milk’s best friend “.

    Interesting. I am not afraid to try generic. I laugh at some of the generic names though. Food Lion is the best- “Dr. Perky” is their version of Dr. Pepper. :-)
