Fathers’ Day: Showing “The Princess Bride”

My kids have never seen The Princess Bride. (This is an odd pop culture gap for my 80s-obsessed girl.)

        No matter what anyone’s first exposure to Mandy Patinkin is, when they find out he’s a legendary triple threat, they’re sure to say “wait… THAT guy?” (My first real Patinkin experience was his self-titled show-tunes album, which I was learning a song for an audition from. It was… not an easy performance to replicate.)
