Paper 2 Peer Review

I'd like to get this task accomplished now, but I don't understand how to do it on Turnitin.com. It just gives me a pop up of questions and no paper to peer review. The start date is, bizarrely, midnight. I guess I'll have to wait seven hours before I can get this assignment completed?

are we reviewing all tree, or do we pick just one?

Kayla and Dani, I see that you have both completed the assignment. Thank you. Kayla, I didn't start the review assignment right away so as to give other students a bit more time to submit their drafts, so that's the reason for the midnight start date.

I've reviewed two of the three papers this morning, but I have to go to work now, so I'll finish the other tonight or tomorrow morning.

Why is my slot closed for a peer review? I did two out of three. I was going to finish the third today, Sunday.

Yes, the due date for the peer reviews was 9am today. I had to balance the needs of students who wanted to see their peer reviews early in the weekend so that they could use them today, and the needs of students who wanted the weekend to do the peer review, and the needs of students who needed a little extra time to submit their drafts.

Initially I was going to have the peer review due Friday, but I extended it to Sunday morning.

I wish Turnitin.com didn't have this hard-and-fast deadline (where I can't release any of the peer reviews until the deadline has passed), but that's a limitation that comes with the tool.

You are welcome to coordinate among yourselves and do the peer-review on your own, and e-mail me your peer review. If you can get that to me early Monday, I'll be able to look at it... but really, the peer-review isn't worth that many points -- you might be better off at this stage just working on your own paper.

But I'm willing to be flexible if you feel you need those extra (few) points.
