What I've found very helpful in this course is the Friday workshops/conferences. Whenever we are able to work in the computer lab either independently or in groups is most helpful. However, when we meet for the two hour session in only a classroom setting, the class seems a little overwhelming. So, my suggestion would be to utilize as much of the second-half Friday sessions as possible for interactive workshop/conference style work.
I thought the use of the word "lampoon" was so awesome today. That word is rarely used and needs to re-esatblish itself. I haven't heard that word in years. Loved it!
Here's my thoughts on working in the computer lab as a class.
