Prof Admits to Misusing Source

The Weekly Standard posted an article on its website Saturday charging Tribe with using language that closely mirrors sections of Henry J. Abraham‘s1974 book on Supreme Court appointments, Justices and Presidents.

And at one point in his 1985 book, Tribe lifts a 19-word passage verbatim from Abraham‘stext.

  • Earlier this year, one of the Deans at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), wrote a paper that was plagiarised. The news spread like wildfire across the state higher education system, especially the community colleges since they work closely with the State Universities. Absolutely no action was taken against him, other than a slap on the wrist. I'd love to know how CCSU is handling students who were caught plagiarising.
