  • I was amused to note that lately a whole lot of "A" names have distorted the horizontal alignment of other names on the chart.

  • I was surprised to see how far "John" had fallen. While looking for names for the Byzantine mysteries I came across a site listing the most popular names from the 6th century eastern Romans. As in 1900, in the Name Voyager ranking, the most popular was "John."
