This page is meant to be viewed within the Selection Bib Builder Frame. For help filling out the form, click the link to the left of each blank. Help text will appear in the lower window.

When you have filled out the form, push "Submit," and copy the text from the lower window to your word processor.

You'll still have to format your "works cited" list properly.

1. Alphabetize all entries by author's last name.
2. Double-space (don't skip an extra blank line between entries).
3. Use the hanging indent paragraph format.
