What a fun game to play! I posted my response in my blog reflection, but wanted to make a quick comment also. I thought that this game was the most interesting because it gave the player challenges and time restrictions. When I first started playing I thought this is pretty easier, but then the snakes began to move more and more. At one point, I couldn't even get the food to the rhino without touching one of the snakes and then the rhino got mad and ran towards me. I never thought I would still be playing the game 15 minutes later, but it kept my attention and focus and I never thought about the time. I never knew this game existed until now and I'm glad to learn the history of older video games.

Starting with Rhino Feeder, I can't help but chuckle at the simplistic appearance, but interesting play mechanic. It ties into what Koster says about us finding patterns, too, because we attempt to find some logical pattern to the food appearing or where the snakes will come from and where they stop. Our brains immediately start analyzing where the obstacles are and we try to find the path that leads us to the food and back to the dish.

The game may look like total crap (although the tiny Strong Bad is awesome and the Rhino is totally boss), but it is still fun in it's simplicity.
