This is my response to Stefanie's blog - it kept giving me an error message when I tried to post it on her blog page...
As I read The Yellow Wallpaper I thought about Plath's The Bell Jar (one of my favorite books of all time). I'm glad you made the connection too! The authors seem so similar, and I also respect their courage in writing about situations so real to them, knowing they will be criticized along with their work.
