Well, this word is a pun on "outsourcing." No, it's not particularly elegant, and I doubt it will stick.
But someone is having fun with language, and I think that's a good thing.
My mother always complained that I used Marmalade words after I had left college. When I should have used the word JAM. Crowdsourcing- Fooey!!
