WordPress duplicate images driving me crazy


I’m using the Atahualpa Theme with WPTouch Pro. When I view pages with my iPad, I get a strange double image.

When I view this page on my MacBook using Safari, I see what I expect:

When I view it on my iPad, a large version of the image is repeated before the content.

The source code clearly shows I’ve only posted the image once.

  • Okay, problem solved. The WPTouch Pro support forum told me what setting to change.

      • Nevermind, for all those wondering, make sure the checkbox in Active Theme >> Menu, Posts & Pages >> "Show attached image in page contet" is unchecked.
