Testing my new RSS feed

  • Chris, thanks... I can move that source info in to the description tag. Most bloggers seem to introduce quotes from outside sources; my style is to begin with the quote, and then give my own commentary... I was worrying that it looked like I wasn't carefully identifying the outside material as being taken from another source, but I don't have to do that in the title, I suppose.

  • Works like a charm in Firefox's RSS Reader Panel. I will say, though, that it picks up not only the entry title, but the source you list as well (when applicable). It may simply be a function of their being on the same line. It's not a problem, but it does make the lines I see rather long.

  • Whoops, I typed the wrong URL. I've fixed it. Should be "http://jerz.setonhill.edu/weblog/rss". Thanks for checking it for me, Clancy. By the way, I got the DVDs you sent -- thanks.

  • Hey, Dennis, I got your:
"I've recently accepted a new job and moved all my web pages. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact me, and I'll gladly help."
    page.

  • Using Bloglines, and although you were unreachable all day, it is working just fine now.
