My student Karissa Kilgore is participating in the Miss Pennsylvania pageant this weekend. She had hoped to use her weblog as a way to keep her family informed, but alas since MT won’t let us post comments, she’s missing an opportunity to let her friends and family cheer her on.
If anybody would like to leave messages for Karissa, please feel free to leave them here. Update, 28 Nov: Our blog software seems to be working again… knock on electrons.

THANK YOU SOO MUCH!!! The only program won’t let me upload and have the imbedded photos, but as long as the links that it used instead still work, I’m the happiest kid alive right now–THANK YOU!!!
:-D :) ;)
Karissa, sorry about the added frustration… try your regular blog again. It should work now — I hope it’s not too late to do any good! :(
ok, now I can’t even sign in to MT. I’m freaking out a little… This was going to be so nice. :(
Dr. Jerz, if there’s anyway that you could post the link to THIS posting in Sugarpacket so that family and friends can find this, I would appreciate it. Like I said, I can’t even log in now. :(
alright, I suppose this will work for now, I just hope that my blog gets working soon. I have begun to collect a few pictures to share :)
Thanks again for the temporary link, Dr. Jerz!
Good luck at the pageant Karissa! I look forward to reading about it on your weblog when you get back.
