That’s what everyone tells me, although I don’t think having to pack and completely leave your home for weeks, then having to tear out everything in your entire house to clean it up, while there’s an entire city of other people doing the same (try finding a contractor when everyone else needs on to!) is quite as bad as having some of my stuff ruined and having to sleep upstairs for a couple of weeks. :-)

No promises though. I came back from a trip to the boundary waters to find that my level of the townhome I live in flooded (from a pond in back of our unit!) while I was gone, so we’re tearing out and replacing the sheet rock, the shower stall (needed to be done anyways), the outside door (also needed to be done anyways), so I’ve been pretty busy…
