I know it’s Bach, but people traditionally play “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring” very slowly and stately for weddings and Christmas. It’s actually written as a sprightly jig time, much closer to the Apollo 100 pop version in tempo. (But you can’t walk to Communion at that speed.)
