For practice, I designed a few rocker switches that rock, with embedded lights that turn on and off, so that if I ever need a close-up of a button being pushed, or a warning light going on, it should be very easy to animate, either manually for a video clip, or through code in a 3D game engine.
But my immediate goal is to enjoy myself and to practice my skills, by churning out background details.
